Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
We collect account information (name, email, OAuth profile data from Google), billing identifiers processed by Stripe, generation briefs and prompts, product URLs you submit, and technical data such as IP addresses for fraud prevention.
We use PostHog for product analytics (events such as sign-up and generation completion) and Sentry for error reporting when configured.
2. How we use your data
We use data to provide the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product using aggregated or anonymized insights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private briefs to train public foundation models without your consent.
3. Third parties
Processors include Stripe (payments), Anthropic, Fal.ai, and Cartesia (AI processing), Cloudflare (CDN, storage, security), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (errors), Helicone (LLM observability), and Upstash (job queue).
Each processor is bound by contractual or standard safeguards appropriate to their role.
4. Data retention
Generated assets are retained for 30 days by default (longer for active paid accounts at our discretion). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Server logs are retained approximately 90 days.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States, European Union, and other regions where our providers operate. We implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. EU residents may exercise GDPR rights; California residents may exercise CCPA rights.

7. Cookies
We use essential session and CSRF cookies. Analytics cookies (PostHog) may be limited by your browser's Do Not Track setting. See our Cookie Policy.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. You must be 18+ to register.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email.
